Public hearing on Zoning change – highway commercial from environmental residential. Burns. Orlando states no time restrictions for public portion. This is different than his normal breaking it up into 5 minute time limits for a public hearing.
Burns brings up  Master plan pg 8 especially along stream corridors. pg11 mentioned stream channels. 

Denise -we have a master plan for a reason. 4 acres. Notes recent Zoning changes the other way where they stated changing it to hyw commercial makes it economical and adds rateables, yet they changed hwy comm to residential just a short time ago (Little Pond)  Using their words against them. 

Has to search for a second. Does not pass. Mignon Grace and Orlando vote yes. 

Egov 2 will be read during public hearing. 

Police spending is current year not to borrow

Joe debt- budgets posted. CLIP 6 One day everything is fine and then the next we have to sell everything and now it’s fine again?

Rich coyne – debt and spending rebuilding public trust. Debt has declined. Throws in batting cages and mentions wants and needs
