Public hearing on Zoning change – highway commercial from environmental residential. Burns. Orlando states no time restrictions for public portion. This is different than his normal breaking it up into 5 minute time limits for a public hearing.
Burns brings up Master plan pg 8 especially along stream corridors. pg11 mentioned stream channels.
Denise -we have a master plan for a reason. 4 acres. Notes recent Zoning changes the other way where they stated changing it to hyw commercial makes it economical and adds rateables, yet they changed hwy comm to residential just a short time ago (Little Pond) Using their words against them.
