The Mystery of the Missing Realtor Photo
In real estate, putting your face on everything isn’t vanity—it’s tradition.
What started 100+ years ago as an anti-fraud move (“Here’s my picture so you know I’m not a scammer”) turned into the ultimate personal-branding hack. In 2025, good luck finding a single agent who doesn’t have a headshot on their business card, yard sign, or park bench.
That’s why eyebrows went up when literally zero photos exist online of Kevin Piccolo of Piccolo Realty LLC, office at 1456 N Black Horse Pike, Blackwood, NJ 08012, and longtime Chairman of the Gloucester Township Democrat Committee.
Zero.
Not on his company site (that we can’t find). Not on Zillow. Not on the county party page. Not on Google. Nowhere does a picture link to his name. In an era when you can reverse-image-search your mailman, that’s… a choice.

Look, we’re not saying anything wild.
We’re just pointing out the irony: the most camera-shy guy in local politics happens to be one of the most mentioned names in Gloucester Township for the last decade. People either light up or look over their shoulder when his name comes up. That kind of gravitational pull usually comes with a billboard or two.
So why the vanishing act?
Professional modesty? Privacy preference? Strategic mystique?

All we’re saying is the internet’s a nicer place when powerful people let us see who’s actually in the room.
